Hello  @Woody Butler , I'm trying to provide my venture resident with visibility to a co-investor pipeline.  I provided access through the team visibility settings.
Thank you,
Eric

Hey Eric! Thanks for reaching out. It looks like your venture resident may need the correct pipeline-specific permissions enabled, in addition to team visibility access.

A similar case came up before where a team member couldn't access a pipeline even after being invited. The account owner will need to make sure the venture resident has the appropriate pipeline visibility permissions granted. You can manage team permissions here:

If you've already done that and they're still not seeing the co-investor pipeline, let us know and we'll loop in @Woody Butler to dig deeper!

Hey Eric, I see that this pipeline was setup as a 'custom' type, rather than investor/dealflow, so it requires admin level privileges to view. You'll need to grant 'admin' on this page: https://heinzventures.decilehub.com/team

Thank you  @Woody Butler  , it would be preferred to allow visibility to all pipelines, custom or not, vs. providing access to everything via admin rights.

Yeah, permissions is an older module that is one that I'd like to upgrade the most. Won't be for a few few weeks I expect.
