Hi Ben! Great question.
When emails are sent via an email integration (like Outlook) through Decile Hub, they sometimes don't appear in your Sent folder. This is a known limitation - when Hub sends through your email provider, it can receive a "success" response from Outlook even if the email didn't sync back to your Sent folder.
